Fiona Pegrum is a Qualified Genealogist and current Chair of the Society who researches and speaks on various North West historical characters.

In this talk she will discuss the life of the Reverend George Vaughan Sampson (1762-1827); a man who used his position and the written word, to encourage land and social reform to improve the lives of the Irish poor.
